How Personalisation Works

  2. Send your image, wording or design details by email or WhatsApp.

  3. We’ll check your design and contact you if anything needs clarified.

  4. Your personalised order will then be prepared and posted in a protective hard-backed envelope.

Before Sending Your Image

For the best result, please send the clearest and highest-quality version of your image available. Screenshots and images downloaded from social media may print less clearly.

Please ensure you have permission to use any photograph, logo, character or design you send to us. Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packaged in a protective hard-backed A4 envelope.

UK Large Letter Delivery: £3.50 per order

Please allow enough time for personalisation, printing and delivery when ordering for a particular celebration date.
